Aluminex Extrusions Ltd. offers curtain wall systems that are fully integrated with the building envelope, utilizing the rain screen principle. The aluminum framing manufactured by Aluminex is thermally insulated. Our curtain wall systems are outside-glazed, able to accommodate 25.4 mm / 1" sealed glass units, 6mm / 1/4 " single glass, The 5200 series also is able to accommodate triple glazed 44.5 mm / 1-3/4" sealed glass units or single spandrel glass and framed metal back-pan, utilizing extruded aluminum adapter, or frameless metal back- pan, with required thermal insulation.
